  1. Third-party listings. Listings shown on 4walls are aggregated from publicly accessible advertisements on third-party Source Sites. Each Listing shows its source. Photographs are loaded from the Source Site. Listings are not created, verified or endorsed by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME].
  2. No agency. 4walls is not a real-estate agent, broker, landlord or intermediary, does not act for any landlord or tenant, and is not a party to any viewing, negotiation, tenancy, deposit or payment.
  3. No warranty. Listings may be inaccurate, incomplete, outdated, duplicated, already let or withdrawn. Prices, availability, locations (which are approximate on the map), features and photographs may not reflect reality. Labels and indicators (for example “new”, freshness or duplicate markers) are provided for convenience only and are not warranties.
  4. Contact the advertiser. For availability, price, viewing or terms, contact the advertiser shown in the Listing — not 4walls.
  5. Take care. Verify the advertiser and the property before paying any money. Never transfer a deposit or fee to someone whose identity and authority you have not confirmed.
  6. Report. To report an inaccurate, unavailable or unlawful Listing, or to request removal, use the Report control or email [email protected]. We aim to act within 2 working days (a target, not a guarantee).
  7. Terms apply. Use of 4walls is subject to our Terms of Service, which include limitations of our liability.

Taking a listing or photos down

Draft for legal counsel review — not yet in force. This draft does not constitute legal advice.

Last updated: 7 October 2026

If a listing or its photos should be removed from 4walls, use the Report control or the steps below. We aim to act within 2 working days. This procedure supplements Section 10 of the Terms of Service.

1. Purpose

1.1 4walls aggregates residential rental Listings from public Source Sites. This procedure explains how any person may request the correction or removal of a Listing, photograph, contact detail or other Content displayed on the Service.

2. Who may submit a request

2.1 Requests may be submitted by, among others: (a) the Listing Advertiser or property owner; (b) the owner of copyright in a photograph or text; (c) a person whose personal data appears in a Listing; or (d) any person who believes Content is unlawful, fraudulent, inaccurate or no longer available.

3. How to submit a request

3.1 Report control. Use the “Report” control on the relevant Listing. The same Report control is how anyone can flag a listing that looks wrong, looks like a scam, or is already rented.

3.2 Email. Send an email to [email protected] with the subject line “Takedown request”, including:

4. Our process

4.1 We aim to review and, where appropriate, act on complete requests within 2 working days of receipt. This is a target, not a guarantee.

4.2 We may: remove or hide the Content; correct it; request further information; or decline the request where it is incomplete, unsubstantiated or made in bad faith. We will inform the requester of the outcome where contact details are provided.

4.3 Decisions are made at our discretion, having regard to applicable law and the information provided.

5. Source Sites

5.1 Removing Content from 4walls does not remove the original advertisement from the Source Site on which it was published. Requesters should also contact the relevant Source Site (ibay, Koba Pages, Hiyaa, property.mv or pre.mv). Content still published on a Source Site may reappear on the Service; please notify us if this occurs.

6. Bad-faith requests

6.1 Knowingly submitting a false or misleading request breaches our Terms of Service and may result in the request being disregarded and further requests from the same source being declined.

7. Sponsored advertisements

7.1 To report a Sponsored Advertisement, use the Report control shown with the advertisement. See the Advertising Policy, Section 8.
